Diffuser Scents for Kids!

Here are some diffuser scents for you to mix and enjoy with your kids!

What You Will Need:

• 1/4 cup of light oil like apricot kernel oil or safflower oil
• 2 tbsp of alcohol
• Vase
• Reed sticks
• 20 drops of fragrance oils

Here are some scents we recommend:
 

Happy Day

• 8 drops Mountain Meets the Ocean
• 12 drops Orange Creamsicle

Playroom

• 10 drops Orange Creamsicle
• 10 drops Lavender

Homework Time

• 8 drops Ginger Thai Basil 
• 8 drops Orange Creamsicle
• 4 drop Frankincense

Wind Down

• 12  drops Sandalwood
• 8 drops Lavender

Directions:

1. Add 1/4 cup of a light oil to a glass measuring cup.
2. add 2 tbsp of alcohol to the measuring cup. The alcohol is to help thin out the oils and help oils travel up reeds.
3. Add 20 drops fragrance oil.
4. Use one of the reeds to stir the oil and alcohol mixture. Stir well until the oils are dispersed in the alcohol.
5. Pour the oil and alcohol mixture into the vase.
6. Bundle the reeds and insert them into the neck of the vase. Fan them out.
7. Flip sticks every few days to refresh scent.
8. Replace the reed stick about once a month.
