Fragrance Oil Recipes to Help You Relax!

Here are some scents to help you relax or even sooth headaches!

What You Will Need:

• Roller Bottle 
• Fractionated Coconut Oil
• Fragrance oils:
  Stress Relief:

  30 drops Lavender Chamomile
  
  15 drops Coconut Lime Verbena

  15 drops Orange Creamsicle
  
  Relaxation:

  40 drops of Avocado Mint

  
  Headache Relief:

  20 drops Peppermint

  15 drops Lavender

  15 drops Frankincense

  15 drops Eucalyptus

Instructions:

1. Add fragrance oil to clean bottle
2. Fill up to top with Fractionated Coconut Oil
3. Close top and shake!
