A long soak in a nice bath is an amazing way to wind down after a long day! Here is our favorite epsom salt recipe to help you relax.
What You Will Need:
- 1 cup epsom salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- About 3-5 drops of food coloring
- 20 drops of fragrance oils. We recommend: Almond Coconut Milk, Mango or Island Hop
- Combine epsom salts and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix very well.
- Gently stir fragrance oils into the mixture.
- Carefully add 3-5 drops of food coloring into the mixture and stir until salts are completely colored.
